well…none of this … well…none of this is a judgment on folks. even those who "lived beyond their means" often did it relatively innocently. Things were going so well…the party just stopped very suddenly.
other things outside of the control certainly will push people into a bankrupt position through no fault of their own.
Doesn't change my advice. If someone is bankrupt…declare bankruptcy and move on with life!
what if you have … what if you have not lived beyond your means and a simple back injury has put you out your ability to pay your debt or a bad divorce .
It is prolonging … It is prolonging the inevitable. The brite side is that the ship is sinking more slowly and you have more time to find a life preserver. They unravelled the former Soviet Union slowly when they were collapsing. Their collapse was inevitable but the slow unraveling rather than a quick total collapse prevented the situation from turning violent. For the informed people that are here they have more time to get prepared for the unraveling.

as is everything, … as is everything, bankruptcies is a definite moment in time and the facts are time is not up yet for if it was then you'd already be bankrupt .its going all the way simple as that. it must stop for it to stop and it has not stopped yet. you come 2 your conclusions based on your facts when the fact is America is not bankrupt or else it would be. why go bankrupt for a thousand when you can go bankrupt for a million a quadrillion your paying none of them back anyway. the lending must stop
