I live in Orange County, and things are looking worse. Walmart is always sold out of rifle and pistol ammo. Many retail businesses large and small have closed while spaces remain empty. I’ve noticed people living in their cars. Tensions between socioeconomic classes are rising. Racial tensions are rising. There are few jobs to be shared between many applicants. People who were once merely discouraged are starting to become angry.

yeah, the worse is yet to come. Bank ruptcy is best for all the American car companies. Ford might be able to go along, but I don’t think they should. Here’s why, the union has always been very powerful because, if someone broke their strict rules, all union workers, no matter what field, would not by from that company. If only GM and Chrysler get off the union, they’ll tell union workers to buy fords and ford would be under the union so they’d have low-end cars still, which is a waist. sucks =/

I’m keeping my eyes open here in Rockford IL. So far we’ve lost some “non-essential” corporate restaurants and the national chains like Linens and things and Circuit City. The car dealerships look slow. I’m going to interview a couple. All this is out on the “miracle mile” 4 miles out of downtown. Downtown is being overrun by government. 2 jails, 2 federal buildings. It’s not good.
